Information gathering: At that initial stage our goal is to achieve a clear notion about your business and how you want to present it to the World Wide Web public. We want to learn about the purpose of your site, the information it will provide, and what kind of viewers are its intended audience. We have to have a very good understanding of your service or product before we can convince others to buy into your product or service. A good vision of the way your web site should communicate with your clients will help us create the right style and functionality. So the more we know, the better your site will look.

Layout Design: After knowing what we want to do, then we hit the drawing board. A simple sketch of what we want our website to look like and what will go where. We will create two or more design solutions tailored to your needs and tastes. This should serve as examples of what your site will look like and you give us a thumbs up or down to move forward with the project. At that stage you must provide us with the photographs and images you would like to include in the site as well as the main titles of the web site. A successful design solution requires that we consider those elements as we create the solution. As the design solutions approach their final looks we will present them for online evaluation.

Database Design: Not all websites requre databases. If you have detailed web content and want your website to be database driven we then need to design a database specific to your needs and functions. We use MySql databases and PHP scripts to create dynamic websites with backend admin panel for database administration.

Building and delivering the site: At this stage we create the structure of the web site and fill in its content. You must provide us with the texts that you want to include in the site. A working mockup of the site will be published on your web site. After the final look and feel of the site is achieved we will then make the website live and you should have a fully functional website.

Updating your website: There are no such thing as Completed Website. There is always room for improvements and updates. As days go by, you might want to update the contents of your website. There are couple of ways you can go about doing that. You can update the website yourself using a backend admin panel (which requires databases) or you can have us update the website for you . Of course we will consult with you and we will decide together on which option is best for you.
